 Attention New students

Before you can register for school you need to have in hand the following information:

  • Immunization Records
  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of address (i.e.,utility bill, lease agreement) for parent/legal guardian
  • Unofficial Transcript of credits earned/withdrawl grades
  • A Parent must accompany you...

You may have these records faxed to us at Westwood High School at 480-472-4509 or have them mailed to us at the address above. Faxed records are not official. Please provide us with the complete name and address of the last school your student attended so we can request the official records. Thank You!
