Capriccio

This year's Capriccio is comprised of 7th grade students.  Emphasis in this class will be on performance practice, musicianship, improving technical abilities, sight-reading skills, conducting, and theory.

Capriccio is the Italian for 'whim,' and in music refers to compositions that allow for flexibility and/or improvisation.
