 Course Syllabus

This course was designed for JUST seventh graders.  It is a class for both the outgoing and the shy student.  This is NOT just a "sit in your desk and listen to the teacher" class!  It's a "get up and move and try this out" class! And the best part of it is, you don't have to worry about any 8th or 9th graders being around!  Throughout the semester we will be giving speeches with a dramatic flair!  Since you no longer get recess like in elementary school, this will be a break for you in your busy academic schedule.  The most important part of the class is to participate and keep a positive attitude!

There is no reason a student should not be quite successful in this class as long as they attend regularly and participate in class activities.  Making an honest effort plays a vital role!  Grades should never get in the way of students embracing a positive experience in my classroom. It is my hope my students will one day reflect on their education and remember this class as one of the highlights.
