Rules and Policies for French I

Students are expected to adhere to the overriding principles of Stapley Junior High: Truth, Trust, Respect, Responsibility.

Students are expected to be in class on time, with proper materials.  They must be on task during class and exhibit appropriate respect for the teacher and other students.  Students may not leave the classroom without permission.  Students must refrain from talking while the teacher is talking.  No late work is accepted.  For an excused absence, one day per day absent will be allowed.  For making up tests and quizzes, students will have one week.

Possible consequences for behavioral infractions may include, but are not limited to:

1.   Warning/conference with teacher.

2.    Removal from classroom.

3    Parent conference -- telephone, e-mail or in person.

4.    Detention.

5.   Referral to office.

6.   Other logical consequences.
