Rules/Policies

Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

Welcome to the Computer Essentials course CB02. I would like to take this opportunity to review our classroom expectations so that this will be a rewarding school year for all of us as you begin your junior high school career. By reading and supporting these policies, you are acknowledging your awareness and acceptance to abide by them in our classroom at all times.

Expectations & Rules:

• Respect yourself, other students, teachers, and administrators.
• Complete all in-class work and homework.
• Maintain the classroom computers and associated equipment.
• Always follow the teacher's instuctions precisely.
• Be in your "Work Station" seat when the bell rings - ready to learn!
• Follow all instructions and be QUIET!
• Show respect to classmates, teachers, and school property.
• No food, gum, candy, or drinks (except water) are allowed in the classroom.
• Complete each assignment on-time with high quality.
• Leave your work station neat and clean for the next class and student.
• Do not leave your seat until the teacher dismisses the class.

Policies:

• Students caught chewing gum will be held for "After Class Minutes"
• Only emergencies will be permitted for restroom/out-of-class passes
• Students must sign-out and sign-in whenever leaving during class
• Students needing make-up work must re-schedule with the teacher
• Incomplete work or assignments must be made-up within 7 days
• The teacher will contact parents of students who repeatedly misbehave
