Biography
I began my educational career in 1993 in Illinois. I majored in Animal Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have a M.A. degree in Education from Roosevelt University and a M.A. degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. I have administrative experience as an Assistant Principal, Clinical Supervisor, and Instructional Specialist in Chicago, Illinois. Although, my passion is teaching in the classroom. My specialty is teaching inquiry based national science standards to students and teachers. My Doctoral studies and research is based on minority students choosing science related careers in higher education. I have also taught at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Loyola University, and presently at Arizona State University.
