Ms. Bishop grew up in Mesa and graduated from Mountain View High School (go Toros!) in 2002. During her junior high career, she had a life-changing English teacher named Melissa Martin, who inspired her to become an English teacher as well.

As a result, she started college four days after high school graduation, completing three semesters at Mesa Community College before transferring to Arizona State University (go Sun Devils!).

Ms. Bishop graduated from ASU in May of 2006 and was hired here at Stapley shortly afterward. She loves every moment of being a Sabercat. Just remember, "there are a lot of stupid people out there. Don't be one of them!"
