Introduction to Family and Consumer Science

This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to explore the various areas of Family and Consumer Sciences through hands-on activities, group projects and class discussion.  Areas that will be covered include life skills, goals and decision making, culinary arts and nutrition, hospitality, child care, apparel and textiles, and careers.
