Sight-Sing easy rhythms using quarter, eighth, half and whole notes

Learn basic Italian terminology for dynamics

Learn Major and Minor (Pure, Harmonic, and Melodic) Scales using Solfeggio

Sing in 3-part trios a capella with easy harmonies (or with some help by piano)

Identify different scales by sound

Understand concepts of Balance and Blend in music

Learn beginning music terminology i.e. staff, clef, score, bar lines, measure, etc.

Sing music of different styles and time periods

Build good rehearsal habits

Learn proper singing stance

Learn correct vocal production

Gain poise and confidence on the stage

Learn to notate music on the staff

One evening performance per quarter required
