Policies for counseling office procedures

Homework Requests

          If your student will be absent for three or more days, you may request homework by contacting the counseling secretary, Jennifer        Shiflett.  Homework for students missing one or two days must be   requested by direct contact with the teachers.

Counseling Appointments

          The counseling office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  You may   set up an appointment with a counselor by:

1.                  Contacting counseling secretary, Jennifer Shiflett

2.                 Filling out a “Stapley Junior High Counselor Appointment Request Form.”

               This blue form is located on the counter in front of Mrs.                              Shiflett’s desk in the Counseling Office.

3.                 Contacting the counselor via e mail.

Under ordinary circumstances a counselor will see a student within 24 hours of his/her request.

Please alert us to any emergency upon making your request.

Organizational calendars (yellow sheets) for keeping track of daily assignments are available on the table in the Counseling Office.
