Prep Band

The Prep Band consists of only 7th graders who have been playing brass or woodwind instruments since their 6th grade year. The students learn about basic music theory, notes, rhythms and playing techniques specific to their instruments.

Students in the Prep Band also learn to play traditional and new band music for each concert.
