Core Training

Course Description:  Core is the power center of the body.  Almost every movement initiates or is transferred through the center of the body.   Core Training is designed for students to function more efficiently, effectively, and safely.  It will train and strengthen the body to move in all directions (just like life).  Core training will stabilize key joints, work the smaller, inner muscles to help support you and prevent lower back injury.  Emphasis is on the use of cardio, stretching, strength and stabilization training.  This is a very physically active class.
