This program depends on its volunteers. It began with the Desert Sages, a Boeing retirement club. They initially approached MPS with an idea that evolved into the Flight Center. It's members volunteer their time to run the Helicopter Simulator Station (or the Computer Station). The majority of our volunteers still come from this group; but with the growth of the Flight Center, our need for volunteers have become greater than the number of Desert Sages available. We have branched out to find other volunteers in the community that have a background / love for aviation. We can always use more volunteers.
