Mr. Bousamra attended Montana State University, Bozeman, where he graduated with a B.A. in Spanish and a strong minor in English. Mr. Bousamra studied Masters level Spanish classes in Madrid, Spain while an undergrad student at Montana State. He recently finished a Masters in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University (based in D.C.).
Mr. Bousamra has traveled in México, Peru and Spain, and lived and taught in México, coming to know a great deal of places and people there, and cultivating a good understanding of Mexican culture. He has relatives from South America,
and plans to continue traveling and studying there into the future.
In his free time he likes to mountain bike, hike, fish, ski, rock climb, waterski, play golf, read books, keep up on Spanish teaching breakthroughs, practice digital photography, and most of all, spend time with his wife Amy and his daughter, Sadie Jay.
The 2009-2010 school year will be his fourth at Red Mountain High School and his tenth year teaching. He enjoys the students, parents and staff at Red Mountain. He's fired up about the school year.
