I believe that every student can learn, but not everyone learns in the same way. At Longfellow, we strive to treat students individually. We treat all students with respect and dignity, and expect students to do the same.

I believe in educating the whole child and building constructive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the community. When we all work together to educate the children at Longfellow, we will have success.

I encourage our parents to get involved at our school. Come join our Parent Teacher Organization, our School Improvement Advisory Council, or our Parent Volunteer Group. Stop in and visit; come see what is happening here at Longfellow, and join us as we create a school atmosphere that is safe, interesting,and enjoyable.

Yo creo que cada estudiante tiene capacidad para aprender, pero no todos aprenden de la misma manera.  En la Escuela Longfellow nos esforzamos por tratar a los estudiantes individualmente, los tratamos con respeto y dignidad, y esperamos que los estudianes respondan de la misma manera.

Yo creo en la educación general de los niños y en desarrollar relaciones constructivas con los estudiantes, padres de familia, compañeros de trabajo y con la comunidad. Si todos trabajamos juntos por la educacion de los ninos de Longfellow, tendremos éxito.

Animo a los padres de familia a involucrarse en las actividades de la Escuela Longfellow. Es bienvenido a formar parte de la Organización de Padres y Maestros, de Comité para el Mejoramiento del Plantel Educativo o del Grupo de Voluntarios.  Puede pasar a visitar la escuela y ver que es lo que sucede en nuestro plantel educativo y unase a nuestro esfuerzo por crear una atmosfera segura, interesante y agradable.
