Biography.

I was born in Omaha, Nebraska, but spent most of my childhood growing up in Burwell, Nebraska (population: 1,435).  After moving to Arizona, I attended Arizona State University.  For the past 22 years, I have taught at Nathan Hale. My experience includes third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and I am currently teaching a fifth-sixth combination.  In addition, I teach three periods of math, and coach the Hale math team.

I am married with two children.  My husband  is  Rick Corea, a manager with ON Semi-conductor. My oldest child is Ryan who is currently in the education program with NAU's Distance Learning.  Trenton is the youngest and is presently attending Kansas Wesleyan University on a soccer scholarship.  I have a wide range of interests from reading to dogs to sports, but my main interest is teaching your wonderful children.
