MY Educational and Career Action Plan (ECAP)

Mesa Public Schools students develop Education and Career Action Plans (ECAPs) prior to graduation. The initial plan is developed in junior high and it is updated throughout high school. An ECAP reflects students' current plan of coursework, career aspirations, and extended learning opportunities. The ECAP helps students personalize their education and enables them to maximize the opportunities available upon high school graduation.

The primary  means by which our students develop an ECAP is through our Career Planning System (powered by Kuder).
