Biography

I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota.  I migrated to Arizona when I was fifteen and a sophomore in high school. 

I graduated with a B.A. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English from Arizona State University, GO DEVILS! 

Last year I worked at Dobson High School teaching sophomore English and AA sophomore English. I am currently teaching 9th grade English at Fremont Junior High.

I have a passion not only for teaching and learning, but also for the environment.  I am extrememly interested in the sustainability of our nation.  I believe that one person can make a huge difference in our world.  All it takes is a little effort and compassion. 

My future goals include: running a marathon, persuing my Master's in Educational Leadership and a second degree in Sustainability, and volunteering in poverty stricken nations.
