OBJECTIVE: My objective is to be an effective educator at a school characterized by its ability to identify
and satisfy the needs, concerns, and interests of its students and community with flexible and adaptive programs.
GOALS: 1) To provide students with an educational environment that will motivate their success, encourage
and support their willingness to learn, and allow them to develop a positive self-image.
2) To provide students with a curriculum that is varied in its approach and topic so that it is both
meaningful, and within their range of ability and interest.
