OBJECTIVE:  My objective is to be an effective educator at a school characterized by its ability to identify

and satisfy the needs, concerns, and interests of its students and community with flexible and adaptive programs.    

GOALS:   1) To provide students with an educational environment that will motivate their  success, encourage

                              and support their willingness to learn, and allow them to develop a positive self-image.

                         2) To provide students with a curriculum that is varied in its approach and topic so that it is both

                               meaningful, and within their range of ability and interest.

 Intramural Director for Stapley Junior High.

                                 Intramural Coach: Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, and Softball.

            Sunnyvale Parks & Recreation Department, Sunnyvale, CA

            1964-1978 Aquatic Specialist- Oversaw swimming program consisting of

                                          five swim centers and 53 employees.  Responsible for

                                          organizing and directing all aspects of the program, including

                                          planning, staffing, budgeting, reporting, and evaluation.
