Biography:
I grew up outside of Syracuse, New York in a town called Camillus. I attended West Genesee High School, where I played hockey and lacrosse. After graduating in 1999, I went to Niagara University to pursue a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Spanish. While at Niagara I played Division I hockey for the Niagara University Purple Eagles. After Graduating from Niagara in 2003, I took a job as a high school Spanish teacher in a small town in New York called Penn Yan. I taught there for 4 years before relocating to Arizona, where I spent the 2007-2008 school year teaching Spanish 1 at Smith and Fremont Junior High Schools.
