Biography

I grew up in Simi Valley, California and moved to Tucson, Arizona with my family when I was in high school. In 2002, I graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in English and Music. I received my teaching certificate through a postbaccalaureate program at Pima Community College. This will be my sixth year of teaching English, and I love it! I have been married to my wonderful husband for almost three years now, and we have one adorable son who keeps us on our toes! Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, reading good books, writing (working on a novel), and composing music.
