Biography

Mrs. Lowe is a native of Arizona.  She graduated from Arizona State Universtity with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education in 1991 and in 1994 received her Master's Degree in Education from Northern Arizona University.   She has a Reading Endorsement (K-12) as well as an Early Childhood Endorsement.  She has been teaching for fifteen years, nine with Mesa Public Schools.  She has taught: kindergarten and fourth through ninth grades.
