Coach Wayne Hill

Coach Hill begins his seventh year as the Head Softball Varsity Coach at Dobson High School. He has led the team to four State Tournament appearances. He was an assistant varsity coach and the head JV coach at Mesa High School for 8 years before accepting the head coach position at Dobson High School.

He has had the pleasure of coaching the 5A Senior Softball All-Stars to wins in 2003 and 2005. For the past 4 years, he has assisted Baylor University as a clinician in summer and winter softball camps in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He also assisted Baylor coach, Mark Lumley, with the Fellowship of Christain Athletes Sports camp in Flagstaff Arizona.

Named 2009 East Valley Region Coach of the Year.

Coach Hill serves as the Executive Director for the Arizona Coaches Association and is the East Valley Softball Representative.
