General Information:

All students wishing to compete in high school athletics must have on file a recent physical, emergency card and signed statement of awareness.  These forms can be found in the Adminstation (Athletic) Office on campus.  These forms are to be returned to Mrs. Koch prior to the start of the sport season.  Upcoming physical date will be on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 4:30-7:30pm enter in through front office.
