As a community service, Mesa Public Schools distributes flyers in elementary schools for nonprofit or tax-exempt organizations that provide information on youth activities.
If you would like to have a flyer considered for distribution to elementary students in Mesa Public Schools, complete the Request to Distribute Flyers form. Send the completed form and a copy of the flyer to Community Relations by fax at (480) 472-0227, or by e-mail.
We will notify you by fax or e-mail regarding your approval status. If you have not received a response within two days, please contact our office. Call (480) 472-0298 or e-mail.
Guidelines for distributing flyers in the district

To comply with district policy, please include the following disclaimer on all flyers to expedite the approval process:
Mesa Public Schools neither endorses nor sponsors the organization or activity represented in this material. The distribution of this material is provided as a community service.
- To assist schools with distribution, bundle flyers in classroom packets of 30.
- Using the distribution list, prepare a package for each elementary school with the appropriate number of flyers.
- Attach a copy of the approval form to each school package.
- You may request distribution to schools through the district's Materiel Distribution Center:
- All school packages must be securely bundled with string, zip-ties, shrink wrap or placed in large envelopes.
- Deliver the flyers to the Materiel Distribution Center, 143 S. Alma School Road, Mesa.
- Distribution from the Materiel Distribution Center to the schools takes approximately one week.
