Biography

Hello!  My name is Michael "Reggie" Castro.  I am in my second year as the assistant principal/athletic director at Brimhall and I am very excited to be a part of the BOBCAT family.    This is my tenth year in education.  My entire career has been with Mesa Public Schools where I have been a teacher, coach, and administrator.  (Click here for link to MPS athletic page)

I am a native of the valley and I attended  Mesa Public Schools  from kindergarten through high school.  I went to Crismon, Redbird, Rhodes, and Dobson.  I am married and my wife and I have two awesome, but crazy boys at home. 

I attended South Mountain Community college after high school and later transferred to Northern Arizona University.  I hold a bachelors degree in secondary education with an emphasis in social studies.  I have a masters degree is in educational leadership.   I earned both degrees from NAU.
